Here ist my favorite stride-building workout:

✨4 rounds of 10-15 repetitions of each movement.

✨ Complete 1 set of 10-15 repetitions of each movement before moving on to the next one.

✨ No weights? No problem!

✨ This workout can be done with only body weight, simply increase the reps till you feel the burn.
