AM workout
Squats, rowing, GHds

9am formula 1 and 3 scoops PDM
12pm Greek yogurt and chia seeds and Bev mix
2;30pm chicken spinach 1/4 cup rice asparagus feta and raspberry vinaigrette
7:30 formula 1 and 3 scoops PDM
10;30 2 eggs, 2 scoops Bev mix (not together)

Pm workout 5 rounds of
10 Burpees and 10 manmakers (with 12lbs wts)
