Epic at home core/ab workout

Increase core strength and stability in less than 10 min per day.
You need either a towel and a hardwood/slippery floor or carpet and an a stability ball.

Do it 4-6 days per week with ONLY 15 second rest between each set

24 roll outs
24 roll ins
24 obliques

Tip- do this workout right when you wake up and eat breakfast directly after! I drink formula 1 sport for the quick and slow release proteins and the BCAAs and glutamine.
