6:15am 2 scoops formula  spo

rt, 1 scoop PDM

50 min interval sprints plas arms and then quads Derbaife skate faster challenge plyometric workout

8:30 am recovery shake

noon:30 shake at Active Nutrition plus herbal tea concentrate and mango aloe

4pm strawberries sliced with 2 scoops of protein drink mix mixed with water drizzled over it….YUM

6:30pm spinach, chicken, brown rice

10pm protein snack…dunoo what yet..probably a protein bar
