derbalife plyo workout plus 50 min elliptical with 30 of it with using weights- I had H30, niteworks, liftoff before my workout.
9am shake – recovery plus pdm and strawberries
noon shake and tea
3pm chicken and…some cake (just a little )
7pm salad with chicken
10pm more chicken and watermellon..probably didnt need this. BOO!
