7:30 formula 1 sport, 1/2 serving protein drink mix

elliptical for 50 min interval sprints, 30 min of it was with arms workout

9am recovery shake with strawberries and blueberries

noon spinach salad with almonds, cranberries,chicken and balsamic vinager OMFG SO GOOD

2pm almonds


coaching OCRG juniors, then 1 hour banked and 1 hour flat practice

9pm recovery!

10pm was super hungry so i ate spinach and chicken, YUM! so glad i did. it made a huge difference for the  next day’s workout
