today and yesterday were pretty much the same except yesterday I got some workouts and practices in. Today is rest day, yay!
8:30am formula 1, protein drink mix, prolessa, strawberries, mango aloe concentrate
lunch 12:30 salad mix from the grocery store with some precooked fajita steak. YUM!
4pm beverage mix
6:30pm shake tea aloe
9:30 pm protein snack
