Food log!

8am- formula 1, PDM
13 mile beach skate plus pyramids!
10am- Bev Mix with water spinach, and frozen peaches (it was blended and amazing!)
Noon- formula 1, PDM, spinach, strawberries and prolessa
6pm- driend apple chips and a Salad with tuna, feta cheese, avacado, tomato, sprouts
