11am Beverage mix and a few chcolate covered raisens
1pm shake tea and aloe at Active Nutrition, my kick ass nutrtion club
3pm trail mix and a few handfuls of chex mix
7pm sushi and edamame and iced tea
9pm big ass icecream sunday (even health coaches need iceacream everyone in a while)
