A lot of times I will talk about being the best you. But what about the rest of the world? Its all fine and good to make yourself awesome but the real impact comes from what you to help other people be awesome too. One of my favorite parts about what I do as a Health coach and as a mentor to other Health coaches, is I get to help people see themselves as better than they are. What are you doing to help your new girls get better? Who are you going to impact at practice tonight? Who can you help be better today than they were at the last practice?

10am chicken and raw brussle sprouts
noon thirty chicken and brusslsprouts, asparagus, spinach, and strawberries
3pm chicken and more raw veggies
6pm shake
off to LA life for a Generation H party at ESPN zone. LOVE MY COMPANY!
