Food Log!

This is such an exciting week! Derbalife expanded to Australia (Welcome to the team Dodge!) and lots of my Derbalife homie are in town for March Radness and then i take off tomorrow night for Wild West Showdown to skate, and spread the Derbalife love and hang out with even more of my nutrtion and derby loving friend!

Definately loving life today!

Food Log!

7:30 shake and prolessa

workout 10 min elliptical, 20 min jumprope,

10am herbaife shake 4 scoops (forgot my bev mix at home oops!)

noon club shake, herbal tea, aloe

3pm 3 tbs peanutbutter and veggies

6pm slad with chicken on beef at ginger grass with some of my favorite Derbalife Ladies who are in town for march radness!
