You probably do a lot of aqesomethings that you dont recognize youself for. too often we get down on ourselves for not being perfect instead of celebrating the awesome things we do.

I’m celebrating the small things! Sometimes we dont give ourselves enough credit for what we do. I have had 7 days of kick ass nutrition and awesome workouts and great communication with my coach…yes even I have a coach!

food log today
9am shake
13 mile beach skate
noon chili, cottage cheese and bev mix
3pm soup mix and celery
6pm herbalife formula 1 and protein drink mix (YUM!)
9pm cottage cheese n berries or a shake havent decided which yet
Im hitting right around 1500 calroeis and 140-150 g protein per day. Im drinking lots of water because hydration is KEY! I never feel starving cuz the shakes kick ass and Im not counting calories im just focusing on preplanning my day and staying with healthy choices.
