5 reasons why you can do it! (whatever IT is)

Sometimes when we set big goals for ourselves we look at the finish line instead of at the road 10 feet in front of us. We focus on the big goals instead of the steps we need to take to get there. This weeks Derbalife Challenge personal development topic was on this exact topic. So I decided to go out asnd find 4 quites that you can jot down, post n your car, purse, wallet, skate bag, ect that will remind you that no matter where you are in relation to your goals right now, you CAN be alittle closer to the finish line every day.

— Helen Keller

Failure should be our teacher, not our undertaker. Failure is delay, not defeat. It is a temporary detour, not a dead end. Failure is something we can avoid only by saying nothing, doing nothing, and being nothing.
— Denis Waitley

Thoughts mixed with definiteness of purpose, persistence, and a burning desire are powerful things.
— Napoleon Hill

The turning point, I think, was when I really realized that you can do it yourself. That you have to believe in you because sometimes that’s the only person that does believe in your success but you.
-Tim Blixseth

In spite of your fear, do what you have to do.

So what ever your goals are, remember there are going to be ups and downs and the better we get at striding towards our goals, the longer the ups and the shorter the downs. So keep one eye on the prize and one eye on that next step you need to take to reach your goals.
