Day 44: Recovery

Well I took the day off yesterday to recover. I feel amazing today!

7:30 am herbalife shake

workout 40 minutes cardio and abs

10 am herbalife shake

1pm asian salad with chicken

3:45pm acai juice

5:30pm acai juice, salad, chicken, herbalife protein bar

7:30 protein bar

10:30 cookie (bad!)
