Day 34: 8 miles=1200 calories!

I ran 8 miles today in the rain! It was ctually really fun. I quite enjoy getting drenched while I run as odd as that is. Shins felt great. I have had like 3 shakes and a bar tday to put some of those caloies burned back in.

7:30 herbalife vanilla shae with 1/2 bananna

9:40 herbalife vanilla shae with 1/2 bananna

gym to do upper body

11:00 protein bar

12:00 herbalife vanilla shae with 1/2 bananna

2pm chicken and veggies, 1/2 herbalife shake

4:30pm trailmix

5:30pm chicken, apple and peanutbutter, 1/2 an herbalife shake

8-11pm (i snacked) shrimp with cocktail sauce, apples and cool whip, almonds…probably could ave done without al of it.
