Day 16:Food log

today we pretty good. Getting back on track for week 3!

7:00am herbalife shake

9:30 am post workout recovry herbalife shake

11:30 am post skating herbalife shake (yes I had a TON of shakes tody!) so yummy and convenient!

3:00 pm protein bar and chicken wrap YUM!!!!!

6:15pm pre-practice herbalife shake!

9:30 post practice protein bar

11pm almonds, cool whip (oh yeah, its like cheat icecream!)
