Day 14 Food Log

So I find that the cleaner I keep my eating, the easier. I ate a few pieces of chocolate the other day and now I find myself craving it. Even though it made my blood sugar spike and crash like crazy. Not to mention the fact that I feel so much better when I dont eat tons of junk.

Today was great.

8am herbalife shake

11am protein beverage mix fruity and protein-y

noon herbalife shake

4:30 pm giant salad with tuna salad, mxed greens feta, avacado, carrots, onions, and fat free raspberry vinagrette

6pm protein bar

9pm protein bar and protein beverage mix
