Day 10: Food Log

7 am Herbalife shake

10 am post workout egg white, chicken and veggi omlet no cheese. Fruit.

Noon whole wheat tortilla 2 tbs peanutbutter

3pm 2 tbs peanutbutter

6pm 4 tbs peanutbutter

9 pm chicken

ok so not a whole lot of planning went into this day but I think all in all I survived
