Fuel for a Busy Day

I did a lot of stuff today. Workout int he morning, practice at night. It was a lot easier than I anticipated to stay on track with my food.

7:30 herbalife shake

10am beverage mix 90 cal 15 g protein

11am herbalife shake

3pm chicken and a whole wheat tortilla with balsamic vinagrette

7pm can of tuna medly (love that shit!) and whole wheat tortilla

9:45 pm herbalife post practice recovery shake

and scene.
