Day 9 Workout!

Elliptical 25 minutes/Stairclimber 15 minutes

Marked progress! Normally I have been dying on the stair climber, struggling to do a full 15 minutes at level 6. Today my base level was 7 AND i was doing 30 second intervals at level 11! ROCK!
