Day 8:Food Log

This day was a bit off but I am pretty proud of still hitting my 2 shakes plus 2 high protein good carb meals. 

9am herbalife shake chocolate with a whole apple blended in and some cinnamon. YUM!

11am Bananna and peanutbutter

12:00 Home made meatballs and sauce over broccoli

3pm Homemade sausage

7pm herbalife shake

9pm chicken and 100 calorie 15 g protein herbalife shake
