10: 30 am preworkout morning herbalife shake

12:30 small salad (WTF?! what do you mean your restaurant it OUT of chicken?! No I do not want pepperoni instead! Can I have some Protein please?!?)

1:00 pm protein drink mix- since I had no protein at lunch

5:00 pm teryiaki chicken breast, salad, rice
